Start with the information you have

A useful FAQ answers a question using facts already present in the article. If the page does not support an answer, generating one adds uncertainty. WPLifted’s Premium workflow uses the supplied content to produce focused FAQs and schema enrichment.

What structured data contributes

Structured data describes the people, topics and other information on your page in a JSON format that automated systems can read. The suitable type depends on the page: an article is different from a product or service. More markup is not automatically better; accurate properties matter more than the number of properties.

Visible and invisible FAQs

Visible FAQs appear in the page content. Invisible FAQs are included in the generated output without adding a visible FAQ section. These options serve different publishing choices. Google no longer displays FAQ rich results as of May 2026. Invisible output is not a shortcut to search visibility or AI citations.

Check existing markup first

An SEO plugin or theme may already create structured data. Review those outputs before adding another schema layer. Avoid duplicate or contradictory descriptions of the same page, organization, or article. Decide which tool owns each part of the structured data.

Review before publishing

Verify every FAQ answer against the article. Confirm that names, dates, prices, and claims have a source in your content. Choose whether structured data should be published to the page head, and keep those settings consistent across your workflow.
